We normally ship all in stock items within 15 working days but sometimes it can take up to 20-25 days due to high demand. Although this is quite rare, in this case, we will contact you.

We do our best to send orders as quickly as possible, however delivery times depend on the post office, we have no control over these times. We ship by Colissimo.
Colissimo delivery time

The delivery time depends on the place of destination from Metropolitan France:

• 48 hours, i.e. 2 working days: to Metropolitan France, Monaco and within the overseas departments and overseas territories
• 5 to 7 days (indicative time): to Overseas France
• 4 to 8 days (indicative time): for international destinations, to find out more, please consult the international time calculator.

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we send you an email containing the tracking number of the package. The delivery is carried out by the Post office in Colissimo.

  • – We are very sorry if your order arrived damaged! All products sent by Editions des Fées are carefully checked and packaged, but we have no control over the processing of orders by local post offices and transporters.

If your parcel is delivered directly to your mailbox or by your postman and is visibly damaged:
It is imperative to NOT open the package and go to your local post office to ask them for a damage report! If this is not requested on the day of your delivery, probably your local post office will refuse and therefore we will not be able to access any claim for compensation!

  • – We process and package every order with love and care! However, if your order is damaged or incorrect,  email us within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please keep all packaging materials and items in their original condition. Be prepared to provide high resolution photos of any damaged or incorrect item(s). We will review the photos and take the appropriate action. Without these elements, we will not be able to make any refund or exchange.
    Due to our fault of damaged or incorrect items delivered to you, the returning fees are paid by us and the initial shipping costs are also refunded. 
  • If you are not satisfied at all from our art cards you can send us an email with the reason for the return. We will do a refund after we receive all the products intact  in their original condition including their plastic sleeves and packaging materials.  Due to the high cost of postage and the high rate of postal damage to returned items, the return of the goods is at your expense and the initial shipping costs are not refunded.  Upon receipt of the return package, we will send you a confirmation and will issue a refund.

On this site, you can pay via PayPal or by Bank Transfer.

A minimum of 100 euros is required for the order to be accepted.

Contact us as soon as possible!

We will do our best to cancel or modify your order.

Please email us within 1-2 Business Days with your full name, company name or order reference number.

If you contact us as soon as possible and your order has not yet been prepared, we will simply modify or cancel this order and issue the refund.

As long as your order has been dispatched, its modification or cancellation is no longer possible.

Although we appreciate the art of other illustrators, at the moment Alysa Graphique is the only main artist in this creative adventure. The artist launched the “Editions des Fées” after multiple requests from merchants to resell her art and her products.

 

You are ordering directly from the artist. We do our best to have all the articles in stock and ready to ship within 15-20 business days. The artist works closely with our printing partners!

If a certain art card or bookmark design is out of stock, you can always send a message indicating your interest in the particular design (item name + reference number) and we will pre-order the stock for you as soon as possible. From time to time, some designs are discontinued and replaced by new ones.

 

No! Our card and stationery label is professionally printed by our printing partners in France .

At the moment we do not offer dropshipping but it is in our business plan for the future.

Yes of course! We can provide you with our photos of the products you have purchased by email.

We are located in France in a small town in Haute Savoie (74) called Cruseilles. Alysa Graphique is the developer and designer of this site and she spends several hours per week managing it.
