1. OBJECT

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of our Company and of the Customer, in the context of the sale of wholesale goods distributed by the Company. Any service performed by the Company therefore implies the unreserved acceptance of the buyer – The Customer – to these general conditions of sale.

2. PROFESSIONAL USE

The site is exclusively reserved for professionals.

By ordering, the buyer certifies that he will only use the goods ordered in the context of his professional activity.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

A minimum of 100 euros is requested for each order. The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated with all taxes included (TTC). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the general tax code. Prices are increased by transport costs. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the Customer for the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Payments are made by bank transfer or PayPal. The goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except by prior agreement. Non-payment on the due date will result in the pure and simple cancellation of the order.

4. TRANSPORT AND TRANSPORT COSTS

During transport, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient (Article L132-7 (FR) of the Commercial Code) who must, in the event of delay, damage, partial or total loss, ensure his own recourse with the carrier. Shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

5. DELIVERY, RESERVATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Delivery is made either by direct delivery of the goods to the Customer or by shipping the goods to the address of the Customer’s choice.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items. Editions des Fées is based in France and sells internationally. All our shipments are made via the French postal services. Note that our shipping costs also include packaging costs.

Note that we normally ship all in stock items within 10-15 working days but sometimes it can take up to 20 days due to high demand. In this case we will contact you to inform you of the day of shipment.

We do our best to send orders as quickly as possible, however delivery times depend on the post office, we have no control over these times. We ship by Colissimo.

No complaint will be accepted beyond a period of 5 working days after receipt of the goods.

No return is accepted without the prior written consent of the Company. In case of return, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
